Dear Harry,
National King Coal , Inc. is in the process of addressing the
stipulations required for permit revision approval. However, at
this date, we are still awaiting from Commercial Testing &
Engineering, analyses of roof and floor materials per Stipulation
No. 06 .
We are submitting this date, a plan for the permanent disposal of
coal mine waste, per Stipulation No. 07.
We wish to request a 30 day extension to answer Stipulation No. 06,
and appreciate your consideration.
