The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division requests that you maintain the
enclosed "Proposed Decision" for a Permit Revision to permit application for
the King Coal Mine (Permit No. C-81-035), on file for public review through
the public comment period. The public comment period will extend thirty (30)
days from the first day of publication of the Division's proposed approval of
the revision.
