The mine is operated by Trapper Mining, Inc. under the provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclama- tion Act of 1979. The bond release applica- tion was submitted by Trapper Mining, Inc. on October 1, 2010. SL -12 is a Phase II bond release application for four parcels in the F and Z pits. The total area of the par- cels is 165.5 acres and includes parcels F- AB -05, F- AB -06, Z- AB -05, and Z -AB-06. TMI only requests a reduction in liabilfy, not in the bond amount. The affected area is lo- cated in Moffat County, approximately 6 mi- les Southwest of Craig, Cobrado. Copes of the proposed decision are availa- ble for review at the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety office, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colo- rado 80203, and at the office of the Moffat County Clerk and Recorder. Any person who has an interest which is or may be adversely affected may request an adfudicatory hearing regarding this proposed decision. Requests for a hearing must be made in wntrg within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this notice, and shall state with reasonable specificity the reasons for the request and objections to the proposed decision.
