The mine is operated by <br />Trapper Miring, Inc. under the provisions of <br />the Colorado Surface Coal Miring Reclama- <br />tion Act of 1979. The bond release applica- <br />tion was submitted by Trapper Miring, Inc. <br />on August 26, 2011. Trapper Mine is reques- <br />ting a Phase Ill bond release of 323.5 acres <br />of rangeland in Ashmore, Derringen, and <br />Flint bck pits The affected area is located in <br />Moffat County, approximately 6 miles South- <br />west of Craig, Colorado <br />Copes of the proposed decision are availa- <br />ble for review at the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety office, 1313 <br />Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colo- <br />rado 802113, and at the office of the Moffat <br />County Clerk and Recorder. <br />Any person who has an interest which is or <br />may be adversely affected may request an <br />adjudicatory hearing regarding this proposed <br />decision.
