The ground was slightly wet. <br /> <br />The complete coal inspection entailed observation of the site with Don MacDonald, and a records check. <br /> <br />Danny Kipp indicated that six loads of ash will be dumped at the site durin g the day of the inspection. One load <br />was being dumped during the time of the inspection. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS – Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />Records were in order - see list below. <br /> <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 : <br />CEC records indicated that there had been .03 7 inches of rain the day before the inspection and 0.14 inches the <br />morning of the inspection. <br /> <br />Standing water was not observed in Sediment Pond 2 or the Dugout Pond. Neither pond was discharging. Both <br />have been mowed in the summer of 2011. No problems were observed with the two ponds. <br /> <br />A small amount of standing water was observed in B Pit. <br /> <br />No water was flowing in the ditch along the northern boundary, which drains into Sediment Pond 2, or in the ditch <br />west of B Pit. <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 : <br />The road between Sediment Pond 2 and B Pit and the road between B -Pit and the Dugout Pond were observed <br />during the inspection. Despite significant rain the morning of the inspection and the day before the inspection, no <br />compliance issues were identified.
