Overall the road is <br />in good shape and passable. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br /> The pa tches of thistles noted in the last inspection report were not treated this season and have gone to <br />seed. A spring treatment is necessary to control the spread of the thistles. Additional thistles were noted along the <br />berm of the long pond during this in spection (photo 3). <br /> <br />REVEGETATION – Rule 4.15 Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br /> The site is well vegetated with a healthy stand of shrubs and grasses. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> The gate restricting access to the mine road was locked upon arrival and th e appropriate mine <br />identification signs were in place (photo 4). <br /> <br /> <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED : none <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> <br /> <br />
