Albert Frei & Sons, Inc. Stagecoach Stop Pit
Permit # M- 1983 -067 2012 Annual Report
Notes:
7. Most of the area was stripped when we took the mine over so no new area have
been disturbed. Of the 52.40 acres in the permit approximately 38.15 ac. is
stripped, and 17.11 ac. is partially mined. The remaining area is in setbacks or
undisturbed areas. Mining will continue in the previously disturbed areas.
9. The slurry wall was installed in 2005 and the slurry wall leak test started on
March 28, 2012 and we expect certification in mid - summer. The topsoil berms
along the east sides were seeded in 2006.
11. We expect to begin construction on the side slopes where mining is done once
the leak test is complete. On other reclamation is required at this time.
17. We have filed a renewal for the Substitute Water Supply Plan with the
SEO's office and expect to have that complete within the next 45 days.
19. Current Bond Amount $230,691.00
21. In a Technical Revision approved on 08/02/2011 the monitoring requirements
were reduced from monthly to quarterly . The results are attached from 2009
thru first Quarter 2012
