EXHIBIT S <br />Permanent Man -made Structures <br />Weld County Road 112, a County- maintained graded gravel road extends east -west between <br />the two property parcels. Weld County Road 99, which is not a currently a County- maintained <br />road extends north -south along the east property line of the Pawnee Aggregate site. This <br />road is an existing gravel drive that is utilized by the landowner. <br />Visual reconnaissance of the proposed gravel excavation and gravel processing areas revealed <br />no evidence of past or present structures, foundations or other man -made features. A north - <br />south oriented set of overhead power lines on wooden poles traverses the eastern -most <br />property boundary adjacent to the prescriptive right -of -way for WCR 99. There are no other <br />man -made structures within 200 feet of the Pawnee Aggregate Pit site. <br />
