During the reclamation phase, County Road 112, which does not follow the road right -of -way in this <br />area, will be relocated, as coordinated and approved by Weld County. <br />c) Compliance with Rule 3.1 Reclamation Performance Standards: <br />3.1.1 Establishing Post — Mining Use: <br />1. Applicant is Landowner <br />2. Area is used as ranching land and will be returned to ranching land. <br />3.1.2 Reclaiming Substituted Land: <br />No substituted land is involved. <br />3.1.3 Time Limit and Phased Reclamation: <br />Each mined area will be completely reclaimed within 5 years of commencement of the <br />mined area. <br />3.1.4 Public Use: <br />No public Use is allowed Lands are private at present and will continue to be private. <br />3.1.5 Reclamation Measures — Material Handling: <br />1. Final reclaimed topography will be appropriate for final land use. <br />2. All backfilling will consist of existing formations. No acid - forming or toxic materials <br />are known. <br />3. AU erosion will be controlled and no high walls will remain. <br />4. Backfilling and grading will be ongoing as areas are mined out and room for backfilling <br />becomes available. <br />5. No refuse or acid - forming or toxic - producing materials are known. <br />6. No drill or auger holes are anticipated. <br />7. Spoil slopes shall not exceed 3H to 1V. <br />8. All areas will be graded to be traversed by farm machinery. <br />9. Only native on -site materials will be used. <br />10. No pollutants will be released.
