Everything you <br />sent me looked good. I may need you to submit portions of the responses as a revision to get them incorporated into <br />the permit but I am still talking with Sandy about that. Anyway, the proposed decision date was yesterday and I am still <br />several days out from proposing a decision. If you would extend the date until 11 November 2011, just to be safe, I <br />would appreciate it. <br />James R.
