The As-built profile is shown on <br />Exhibit 13-28 and the typical cross-section is presented as Figure 13-6,Typical Light-Use Road Section. <br />Shop and Storage Area <br />Rationale: The existing shop building is proposed as a permanent facility to be used for maintenance and storage of <br />agricultural and maintenance equipment and materials. The storage yard would provide additional parking and <br />storage of materials for the maintenance and upkeep of the Seneca controlled property following final reclamation. <br />Justification: The shop facility and outside storage area will provide a year-round facility for on-going maintenance, <br />monitoring and upkeep for the Seneca controlled properties during final reclamation. Following reclamation the <br />building will be used for maintenance and storage of agricultural equipment and storage of agricultural supplies. <br />Landowner request letter is contained in Appendix 20-2.1 of this attachment. <br />Documentation: The area is 2.3 acres in size and contains the shop building,storage area and electric transformer. <br />TR-76 20-2.3 11/11
