All pond embankments were snow covered a nd stable with no problems noted. All ponds were <br />holding water at the time of the inspection. <br /> <br />Ditches throughout the mine site were snow covered with evidence of damage or erosion noted in the ph otographs. <br />No problems were noted with th e exception of the following: <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br />One coal train was observed in the aerial photographs. The Longwall was mining in panel 17LT at the time of the <br />on the ground November inspection. N OV2011005 associated with General Mine Plan Compliance has been <br />te rminated. <br /> <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br />This was an aerial inspection flown by Harry Ranney of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />(Division). Oblique aerial photographs were ta ken on November 23, 2011 and reviewed in the office by Jason <br />Musick of the Division on November 27, 2011. The site was snow covered and the weather was clear at the time <br />of the inspection. <br /> <br />SU PPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />The on -site support facilities were stable with no problems noted. Construction activities associated with the <br />15LT borehole was observed in the photographs with no problems noted. <br />
