The images were then downloaded, then reviewed by Janet Binns on December 5, 2011. Only the mine <br />area and Refuse Disposal Area were photographed. No images were collected of the Monarch fan area or the <br />Load out. <br /> <br />The site is clear of snow, and the weather appears clear. The site appears dry. The mine is a reclaimed mine and <br />no personnel re main on the mine site. A motorgrader and backhoe remain sto red at the mine property. <br />BACKFILL and GRADING – Rule 4.14 Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original <br />Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27; H andling of Acid and Toxic <br />Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br />The portal area is regraded, topsoiled and seeded with a good stand of re -established grasses and low shrubs.
