Everist, Inc. is submitting four photographs as proof that boundary markers have been placed at
four corners in the southern section of the Carr Gravel Resource permitted area to delineate the permit
boundaries. (The lack of boundary markers - and the need to mark the site's southern corners - were
noted in your October 5, 2011 Jaspection of the site.)
The other question brought up in the same inspection regarding a roadway that crossed over both the
L.G. Everist Carr Gravel Resource area and the adjacent Weld County gravel pit was addressed and
resolved in Adequacy Response #1, dated October 20, 2011, by Steve O'Brian of Environment, Inc.
If you need any additional information to resolve the boundary marker issue, please feel free to contact
me by telephone at 303 - 286 -2247, or by email at Imshults @Igeverist.com.
Sincerely,
Lynn Mayer Shults
Regulatory Manager
cc: Roger Servold, L.G., Everist, Inc.
Steve O'Brian, Environment, Inc.
C- DRMS- BoundaryMarkers- 040512.doc Page 1 of 3
