A subset of the photos <br />that were taken is provided in the inspection report. <br /> <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) <br /> Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br /> Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br /> Rec lamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> <br />All observed roads appear to be stable with no observed compliance issues. All access road s and light -use roads <br />identified in the aerial photographs appeared to be well maintained and stable with no signs of damage and no <br />compliance issues noted. <br /> <br />A recently constructed road is observable in the slide area. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.1 5, Rul e 3: <br />No erosion issues or other non -compliance issues were identified from the photographs. <br /> <br />SL IDES and DAMAGE - Rule 4.12: <br />No recent slide events were observed in the aerial photographs. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />No enforcement actions were taken as a result of this inspection, and none are pending. <br /> <br />
