Billy Nicholson and Graham Roberts of TMI accompanied the inspection in the field. <br /> <br />The weather was clear and warm. The ground was dry. <br /> <br /> <br />AIR RESOURCE PROTECTION – Rule 4.17: <br /> Roads and other activities were not a source of significant fugitive dust during the inspection. Water <br />trucks were being used during the inspection. <br /> <br /> <br />EXCESS SPOIL and DEVELOPMENT WASTE – Rule 4 .09 Placement; Drainage Control; Surface <br />Stabilization: <br /> The Horse Gulch Fill was observed and found to be in compliance with the permit. Some rills that were <br />previously observed on the fill have been repaired.
