Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has received a revision for the Elk Creek Mine. <br />The revision was called complete on April 6, 2012. The decision due date is April 16, 2012. <br />The purpose of MR -99 is to provide for an additional four (4) angle boreholes on three (3) existing <br />GVB pads. The boreholes are designated GVB- LW- 17 -05B, 17 -06D, 17 -08D and 17 -08E.
