I am sorry I did not reply immediately. I was out of the office for a couple of days. I have <br />been consulting with my Sr., Dan Hernandez regarding your concerns. I have also been in communication with George <br />Patterson of Energy Fuels Coal Company regarding the operators plans for mitigation of the subsidence features. I <br />noted that Energy Fuels should also inform you of the mitigation plans for access to the subsidence feature location. <br />The Division plans to conduct an inspection regarding the loss of flow of Newlin Creek and your concerns about the drill <br />holes, in accordance with rule 5.02.5(3). 1 would like to schedule an inspection for next Tuesday 3/27/2012. 1 will be <br />unavailable 3/29 -4/3. <br />George Patterson is available on 3/27 at about 11:00 am. If you wish to accompany the inspection, does 11:00 am on <br />3/27 work for you?
