They include a fuel storage area, heavy equipment shop, office, bath house.
training room, and material storage area.

SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF MINING – Rules 4.22 through 4.27:
Rule 4.25 - Prime Farmlands
The Morgan property is shown in Photos 2, 3, an d 4. Mixed, Lift A, and Lift B stockpiles will be
sampled under the sampling and analysis plan (SAP) approved with TR -61. The SAP also prescribes
sampling locations for the eastern end of the Morgan property, where use of Bench 1 material as a
Subsoil Su bstitute was approved with PR -06.
The undisturbed area west of the pit and east of BB27 Road will be sampled, as will the undisturbed
area north of Frank and Mary Lou Morgan’s home. These areas are delineated on Photos 4 and 5.

TOPSOIL – Rule 4.06
Remova l 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4:
T wo topsoil stockpiles (#6 and #7), as shown on Photo 1, are available for future reclamation of the
Northeast Perimeter Haul Road.
As seen in Photo 2 , topsoil stockpile #10 is avail a b l e for future reclamation of the area southeast of
the intersection of BB Road and 2700 Road. Stockpile #11, on the Benson -West parcel, will be used
in reclamation of the WFC parcel to the west.
Temporary stockpiles, or berms, are outlined in dark green on the Lloyd/WFC parcels in Photo 4.
When Pond 013 was excavated in 2007, the Begay soil was stockpiled in two separate piles (#8 and
#9, as shown on Photo 9). It appears that the material from TS#8 has recently been moved to the
lo cation of TS#9, creating a single, larger pile.
Four topsoil stockpiles are located at south of the mine’s facilities area, as shown in Photo 10.
