TR -70, 72 and PR -06 <br />Please extend the review time for TR -70, 72 and PR -6 until April 30, 2012. The extension allows for the COGCC, USFS <br />and BLM to finish their respective permitting processes. We are pleased to note that the Tract 5 decision is in a final 30 <br />day appeal period ending April 15 and the BLM's East Lease decisions received a favorable IBLA decision, which should <br />move it to the competitive lease sale stage. <br />Regards <br />James A.
