Western Fuels- Colorado, A Limited Liability Company (WFC), has filed with the COUNTY OF MONTROSE Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) an application for a Technical Revision (TR -62) to the New Horizon Mine Permit No. C -81 -008. This Technical Revision will incorporate into the permit changes to a soil sampling and analysis plan (SAP) that were made in the field. The SAP was previously approved in TR -61.
