A small berm of topsoil is left on top of the pile. <br />According to Mr. Roberts, it has not been decided what w ill be done with the remainder of the topsoil in this pile. <br />If this pile will remain in place for future use it will need to be configured and stabilized in accordance with the <br />approved operation plan outlined in section 3.2.2 (page 3 -20) of the permit. <br /> <br />A1 -08; this pile appeared stable and the corner markers were in place. A patch of thistles was noted on this <br />stockpile. According to Mr. Roberts these thistle patches have been sprayed with a herbicide. Thistle was not <br />noted in a substantial quantity i n areas adjacent to the pile. <br /> <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br />Maintenance I tems: <br /> <br />-Trash in ditches surrounding the facilities area. <br />-Thistle patches on the topsoil stockpiles will need to be monitored and treated in the future. <br />-Badger hole in Middle Pyeatt #3 pond embankment will need to be repaired. <br />-Gully on the western po nd slope of East Middle Flume pond will need to be repaired. <br />-Topsoil stockpile AET -1 will need to be utilized in the near future, or reconfigured and stabilized if the material <br />will remain in storage. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
