There was a sulfuric smell from the discharge at the Moffat Pond. No <br />problems were observed with the embankment or other pond features. <br /> <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br />The mine was found to be in general compliance with the permit. <br /> <br />The fence at the Moffat Pond remains damaged near the southwest corner. Posts have been bent and the wire s are <br />lying on the ground. <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3). Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4). Surfacing and <br />Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6). Rec lamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />No problems were observed with roads or culverts. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4 .15, Rule 3: <br />The site appeared to be in good condition as no gullies or other problems were observed. The north end of the site <br />was observed closely and the rest of the site was observed from afar.
