No problems were noted at this site. <br />- The Sylvester Gulch facilities area, including the fan shafts, compressor buildings, nitrogen facility, etc. was <br />stable and well maintained at the time of the inspection. There was a large pile of snow on the shaft lay down area <br />pad from the plowing of the surrounding areas. This pile will melt in the spring and all of the runoff will be <br />captured by sediment pond SG -1. <br />- The unit train loadout was stable and well maintain ed. There was a train loading at the time of the inspection. <br /> <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED : None <br /> <br />This completes the Division ’s 18 January 2012 partial inspec tion report for the West Elk Mine. <br /> <br /> <br />
