Hi Roy and Jay —Approval for PR6 at IIW will be final tomorrow. Prior to issuance of the revision, I need to check with
you (per rule 2.03.4(5)) to see if there have been any changes to the ownership and control information for Seneca Coal
Company, LLC since we proposed the decision on January 6, 2012. If there have been any changes, I'll need you to
submit that information before I can issue the revision.
FYI, approvals for TR76 at IIW and TR51 at Yoast will also be final tomorrow.
