The pond was stable with no problems noted. The discharge was clear. The amount of discharge was not identified through the flume. - Ice was observed in the float for the flow meter at the discharge. The ice should be cleared to prevent damage to the float. The Pecoco Pond contained water (iced over) and was discharging into the upper sump as permitted at the time of the inspection. The embankments were stable and snow -covered at the time of the inspection. The primary CMP spillway was in good condition and the emergency spillway was stable with no problems noted. Culverts and ditches located outside of the South Facilities Area were snow -covered at the time of the inspection. Ditches and culverts throug hout the site were snow -covered at the time of the inspection. All culverts were in place with no problems noted. The upper sump was holding water (iced over) at the time of the inspection. Water was discharging from the Pecoco Pond into the upper su mp with discharge noted from the upper sump into ditch RC -D3. The embankments of the upper sump were stable and snow -covered at the time of the inspection. The lower sump construction has been completed. The lower sump was holding water (iced over) with discharge noted. The embankments were stable and snow covered with no problems noted. Portal Sump #1 and Portal Sump #2 were holding water (iced over) at the time of the inspection. a pump was
