HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 : Due to the weather (below freezing), no snow melt runoff was observed during the inspection. Moffat Pond was slo wly discharging. There was a sulfuric smell from the discharge at the Moffat Pond. No problems were observed with the embankment or other pond features. GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: The mine was found to be in general compliance with the permit. The fence at the Moffat Pond remains damaged near the southwest corner. Posts have been bent and the wires are lying on the ground. ROADS – Rule 4.03 : No problems were observed with roads or culverts. RECLAMATION S UCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: The site appeared to be in good condition as no gullies or other problems were observed. The north end of the site was observed closely and the rest of the site was observed from afar. SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: En trance signs were observed and found to be in compliance.
