Topsoil has been spread from material <br />obtained from topsoil piles TS -1 and TS -2. The loadout area and the topsoil pile TS -2 affected area have been <br />broadcast see ded. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION – Rule 4.15 Vegetative C over; Timing: <br /> <br />The original loadout facilities area that has been graded, topsoiled and seeded. <br /> <br />SUPPOR T FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> <br />The office trailers, electrical substation and parking lot area was inspected and no problems were noted. <br /> <br />S IGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> <br />The entrance sign on the east side of the Tie Across Haul Road and the boundary markers delineating the Tie <br />Across Haul Road need to be updated with the correct information for the Hayden Gulch Loadout permit. <br />According to Mr. Karo, new sig ns are in the approval process at the corporate level. These signs will need to be <br />replaced as soon as possible. <br /> <br />TOPSOIL – Rule 4.06 ; Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4 .06.3; <br />Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> <br />Topsoil stockpil es C, D, E and F along the Tie Across Haul Road was inspected. Each of these piles were stable <br />and well vegetated. A small perimeter berm is in place around each of the piles. <br /> <br />Topsoil stockpile TS -2 has been partially used for reclamation.
