The standpipe drain was functioning and the <br />emergency spill was stable. The impoundment embankment was stable and vegetated. <br /> <br />No Name #4 was holdi ng water, the emergency spillway was stable. The pond slopes and embankment were <br />stable and vegetated. <br /> <br />No Name #5R was holding water and the spillway was functioning. The flume was in place and functioning. <br /> <br />Johnson #6 was holding water and discha rging. The pond was snow and ice covered. The outlet and embankment <br />was stable. <br /> <br />Johnson #7R was inspected; a badger hol e was observed in the embankment and will need to be repaired. The <br />spillway was functioning and appeared stable. <br />
