The no rth and south permit areas were <br />photographed. The site was completely covered in snow, and there was no sign of any recent activity with the <br />exception of vehicular traffic to the shop area. <br /> Ponds 006, 016, and 017 and Stock Tanks T -5, T -25, and T -26 all held water but were frozen over and <br />snow covered, so it was not apparent whether any of them were discharging. The spoil spring above Pond 016 <br />was flowing. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />No enforcement actions were issued as a result of this inspe ction, nor are any pending.
