Pineda <br />Director <br />Please be advised that on March 29, 2012, Whitewater Building Materials, whose address and telephone number are <br />940 S. 10th St. P.O. Box 1769, Grand Junction, CO 81502; (970) 242 -7538, submitted a request for partial acreage <br />release for the Whitewater Pit 500, Permit No. M -1977 -129. The construction materials extraction operation is <br />located at or near Section 29, Township 12S, Range 99W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Mesa County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866- <br />3567. Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible.
