Notice of the proposed decision will be published in the San <br />Miguel Basin Forum as soon as possible. The first publication will initiate the thirty (30) day public <br />comment period for the Division's decision. <br />The current liability amount has increased to $67,057.18 from $65,915.00. Currently, a final site/bond <br />release application (SL -03) is being reviewed by the Division.
