To supplement the <br />information provided in Exhibit 1, MCC has also attached a history of the election and <br />termination dates of the officers and directors to date. <br />In regard to Comment No. 31, on March 15, 2011, MCC's contractor, Savage and Savage, <br />had sent a report entitled, "Historic Record Study Area, Vegetation and Precipitation <br />Characterization (2010)" to Ms. Janet Binns of the Division to further discussion of the <br />revegetation success criteria for the West Elk Mine.
