<br />the Delta. County Independent: that the same is a weekly news-
<br />paper printed, in whole or in part, and published in the County
<br />of Delta, State of Colorado, continuously and uninterruptedly in
<br />said County of Delta for a period of more than fifty -two consecu-
<br />tive weeks prior to the first publication of the annexed legal notice
<br />or advertisement: that said newspaper has been admitted to the
<br />United States malls as second -class matter under the provisions
<br />of the Act of March 3, 1879, and all amendments thereof, and that

<br />Oxbow Mining, LLC, dOMLLC),
<br />P.O. Box 535, 3737 Highway 133,
<br />Somerset, Colorado 81434, has
<br />filed a Complete application to the
<br />Colorado Division of Reclamation,.
<br />Mining and Safety (CORMS) for
<br />Permit Revision PR-D6 to its exist-
<br />ing approved Permit No. 0 -
<br />622. The PR provide for an addition
<br />to the Permit Area to provide for
<br />1) an updated mine plan and 2) a
<br />2,247,43 acre addition to the Permit
<br />area, The additional Permit Area is
<br />made necessary to accommodate
<br />the inclusion of an existing Federal
<br />coal lease COC -61357 lease modi-
<br />fication of 156.77 acres and a new
<br />Federal coal lease COC -70615 of
<br />785,79 acres. All lands proposed
<br />for addition to the Permit Area are
<br />either managed by the 11SFS or the
<br />BLM. No additional private lands
<br />are Proposed in the addition to the
<br />Permit area.
<br />OMLLC's approved Permit Area
<br />is located in Gunnison and Delta
<br />Counties and north of the town of-
<br />Samefm and the North Fork of the
<br />Gunnison River. CMLLC's current
<br />and proposed Permit Area would
<br />be included on the areas presented
<br />by the Somerset and Bowie USGS
<br />7.5 minute quadrangle maps and is
<br />generally described as follows:
