As part of <br />the Mid -Term, they review and update the reclamation liability calculations to reflect <br />inflation and any changes. The CDRMS bond review resulted in an increase of approximately <br />$38,300 in the calculated reclamation liability for the Williams Fork property (see attached <br />scan). <br />In order to address this increase, and provide a small buffer for any minor future permit <br />revisions which may be necessary, I am requesting a rider to our existing self -bond of <br />$60,000 (SB -006, current amount is $3,552,679, with rider would increase to $3,612,679). <br />Please initiate the process to obtain this rider, and forward directly to Jim Stark at the <br />CDRMS. <br />Thanks for your attention and assistance.
