This was sent to me this am and I just received it. It is a request from JoEllen to extend not only the submital date for
the exhibits /witness lists as well as a request to extend the formal hearing 30 days. The first request RE the
witness /exhibit list has been granted by the Board.
The second request was apparently only sent to me. We need to discuss this 30 day extension request.
