I have the following adequacy comments for the operator. GCC Energy, LLC provided an updated Page 1 of Section 2.03.4 that lists the officers of GCC Energy, LLC, but did not update pages 2 and 3, which provide ownership and control information for GCC of America, Inc., and Cementos De Chihuahua S.A. de C.V. The Applicant Violator System (AVS) report for GCC of America, Inc. lists two officers (Steve Zellmer (AVS #246628) — Vice President and Verne Stuessy (AVS #250273) — Vice President) not listed in the currently approved page 2 of Section 2.03.4. Please either provide updated ownership and control information for GCC of America, Inc., or verify that the information on currently approved page 2 is correct. The currently approved page 3 of Section 2.03.4 is consistent with the information in AVS. Unless there have been changes to the corporate structure since this information was approved, no further action will be necessary. Please verify the accuracy of the ownership and control information for Cementos De Chihuahua S.A. de C.V. as currently approved. I have attached a pdf of the AVS report for GCC of America, Inc. Please let me know if you or the operator have questions or need additional information. Again, my apologies for not catching this earlier today when I first reviewed it. Susan L.
