The <br />Applicant Violator System (AVS) report for GCC of America, Inc. lists two officers (Steve Zellmer (AVS #246628) — Vice President and <br />Verne Stuessy (AVS #250273) — Vice President) not listed in the currently approved page 2 of Section 2.03.4. Please either provide <br />updated ownership and control information for GCC of America, Inc., or verify that the information on currently approved page 2 <br />is correct. <br />The currently approved page 3 of Section 2.03.4 is consistent with the information in AVS.
