Ben, <br />Thank you for the information about TR -61. It will probably arrive in today's mail. <br />I am reviewing the TR -60 adequacy response this week. I will let you know soon whether there are any remaining <br />adequacy issues. <br />In the Coal program, "Findings" are formal documents that are issued at specific times: for new permits; for permit <br />renewals (RN) every 5 years; for permit revisions (PR); and for bond releases (SL). For technical revisions (TR) and <br />minor revisions (MR), the Division issues a proposed decision to approve, but no formal Findings document is prepared. <br />Marcia <br />Marcia L.
