At Johnny's request, I have compiled a potential timeline for the initial phase of the Division's review of bond release application SL -3 for the Hamilton Mine. The SL -3 application was received on January 5, 2012. The Public Notice (to be published once a week for 4 consecutive weeks) has yet to appear in the San Miguel Basin Forum; the earliest dates would be Jan. 12, 19 and 26, Feb. 2. The Proof of Publication must be submitted to the Division within 30 days after the final publication.
