1. Please provide the date that Robert Baca ended his role as a Director of Tri -State Generation and Transmission Association. 2. Please provide the date that David Salazar ended his role as a Director of Tri -State Generation and Transmission Association. 3. Please provide the date that Elias Coriz was elected a Director of Tri -State Generation and Transmission Association. 4. Please provide the date that Daniel Romero was elected a Director of Tri -State Generation and Transmission Association. Also, once MR113 is approved and final, I will need to update AVS to reflect the changes to Rio Tinto White Horse /Taylor Creek Holding Company, Kennecott Colorado Coal Company /Axial Basin Coal Company and the changes in ownership of those two entities (will be owned by Western Fuels- Colorado, LLC). The Decision Due date is November 24, 2011 (Thanksgiving Day). MR -113 proposes to revise the Colowyo Mine permit to reflect a change in mine ownership from Rio Tinto to Western Fuels- Colorado LLC. I am requesting an A/VS check be conducted on Western Fuels- Colorado LLC in conjunction with our adequacy review of this MR. It is our understanding that the actual sale of the Colowyo Mine from Rio Tinto to Western Fuels- Colorado LLC will likely not be finalized until December 1, 2011. Colowyo Coal Company indicated in the MR -113 cover letter that Colowyo Coal intends to file a request sometime next week to extend the Decision Due date to Friday, December 2, 2011, so that when we approve the MR on that date, the change in ownership will have in fact already occurred. Rob Zuber, the new lead specialist for Colowyo, is presently in the field; however, the MR -113 file is on his desk in his office. If you need it, feel free to retrieve it from his office.
