Ongoing visual inspection <br />— Status: Work was initiated in 2011 and is expected to be completed in 2012. <br />AREAS IDENTIFIED BUT NOT TO BE REPAIRED /STABILIZED <br />There are various slumps and settlement cracks showing up within the Yoast disturbed areas as <br />shown on the attached map, 2011 Areas of Instability. During the July site visit and inspection, <br />it was decided that if the slump /settlement crack did not threaten any permanent structures or <br />drainage channels or if repair would cause more disturbance than required to actually remediate <br />the site, the sites would be left to remediate /stabilize themselves. The areas will be visually <br />inspected each spring and shown on the Rill & Gully Map.
