6.4.7 <br />Water Information <br />(1) The Applicant does not expect to directly affect groundwater systems. If <br />groundwater is encountered, the Division will be notified and mining operations will <br />be adjusted accordingly. This pit will not interfere with any surface water drainage <br />patterns. The pit will be mined to minimize the risk of excess runoff to any <br />surrounding areas beyond the historical flows. <br />(2) The operation might affect surface water during high precipitation. <br />EXHIBIT "G" <br />(a) Please refer to Exhibit "C" Mining Map and Exhibit "F" Reclamation Map for <br />topographic information. <br />(b) & (c) No known aquifers are will be intercepted. No dewater is planned this <br />will be a dry mine. A Stormwater Management Plan will be implemented for <br />this operation and a Stormwater Permit will be obtained. <br />(3) No project water is required. This is a dry pit operation and no washing is to take <br />place. <br />(4) This is a dry pit no water is required, except for the water used for dust control by <br />truck/tanker. <br />(5) The applicant will apply for stormwater permit from the State of Colorado Water <br />Quality <br />Control Division, Dept of Health. <br />
