Hickenlooper
Governor
Mike King
Executive Director
Loretta E. Pineda
Director
The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has reviewed and found the above
referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The Discharge Monitoring Reports were
received by the Division on January 18, 2012.
The reports cover the time period of December 2011. Two CDPS outfalls were monitored during this
period: Outfall 004 and Outfall 007. No exceedances of effluent limitations occurred during the
reporting period. Semi - annual testing for metals indicated no elevated levels that would be cause for
concern. Regarding the chronic Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) tests, all reported values exceed 100
percent for both test species, indicating that all tests passed, and toxicity of the effluent was not
problematic.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me at (303) 866 -3567, extension 8113.
Sincerely,
Robert D.
