The contract was initiated under <br />the Minerals Environmental Technology Program of the U.S. Bureau of Mines, and it <br />was administered under the technical direction of the Denver Research Center with <br />Deborah P. Sherer and Michalann Harthill acting as Technical Project Officers and <br />B. G. Horton serving as contract administrator.
