A subset of the photos <br />that were taken is provided in the inspection report. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05: <br />Terraces and check dams in the West Ridge area were observed and no issues were found. <br />The Center Ridge Pond and Moffat Pond were photographed. No problems were observed. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br />The mine was found to be in general compliance with the permit. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03: <br />No problems were observed with any roads. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />The site appeared to be in good condition as no gullies or other problems were observed. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />The facilities area was found to be in good condition. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Page 2 of 7 <br />
