Compliance With Mine Plan <br />R - Other <br />NA - Processing Waste <br />R -Roads <br />R - Reclamation Success <br />N - Revegetation <br />NA - Subsidence <br />R - Slides and Other Damage <br />N - Support Facilities On -site <br />N -Signs and Markers <br />NA - Support Facilities Not On -site <br />NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br />N - Topsoil <br />COMMENTS <br />Twenty -one aerial photographs were taken by Harry Ranney of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety (Division) on March 16, 2012. <br />The photos were reviewed in the office by Rob Zuber of the Division on March 28, 2012. A subset of the photos <br />that were taken is provided in the inspection report. <br />EXCESS SPOIL and DEVELOPMENT WASTE — Rule 4.09: <br />No compliance issues were observed at the West Taylor Fill area or the West Pit Fill area. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05: <br />The following ponds were photographed: West Taylor, East Taylor, West Pit, Gulch A. and Streeter. Pond <br />embankments appeared stable, and no other compliance issues were noted with the ponds. Turbid water in the <br />ponds (as visible in some photos) is an acceptable condition during spring runoff. <br />The eroding channel below the West Taylor pond should be monitored and possibly repaired if it gets significantly <br />worse. <br />The Section 29 Ditch was inspected and no blowouts or other problems were observed. <br />Contour ditches in the West Pit reclamation show no signs of blowouts or other problems. <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br />Earth - moving activities continue in the West Pit and the South Tavlor Pit. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 7 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br />Page 2 of 8 <br />
