<br />Mr. Erickson has more than 21 years of environmental p using axed management experience.
<br />He has technical and project managerial expel jN;kt( st nI i 9Y resources issues and
<br />projects including permitting, compliance auditing, mine closure, baseline data collection and
<br />assessments, EIS, restoration management, surface water runoff control and performance bond
<br />releases. He has successfully completed a large number of projects involving baseline soil,
<br />vegetation, T &E, alluvial valley floor, and wetland surveys, topsoil substitution and overburden
<br />suitability determinations, acid soil/ overburden handling plans and disturbed land reclamation
<br />planning and implementation. He has extensive experience in the development and
<br />implementation of cost effective plans that achieve environmental compliance and has
<br />developed EIS's, surface and underground coal mining, NPDES, air quality, cultural resource,
<br />hazardous and non - hazardous waste disposal, and Army Corps of Engineers permits. As a
<br />Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control, Mr. Erickson has the knowledge and
<br />experience to evaluate landform surface stability and develop erosion control plans that
<br />establish slope and drainage feature stability, and protect the quality of receiving waters. Mr.
<br />Erickson has a thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations pertaining to mining and
<br />land development, and has extensive experience interacting and negotiating with regulatory
<br />agencies. Projects have been successfully completed in Alabama, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas,
<br />Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.
