<br />minimize the economic impacts of environmental regulations.

<br />Soil, Vegetation, Land Use, Wetland Baseline Studies and Alluvial Valley Floor Determination
<br />baseline data collection, reporting and permitting on 3,500 acres for existing mining area and
<br />proposed permit amendment area.
<br />Developed and supervised reclamation plans on reclaimed coal, hard rock, quarry, and
<br />aggregate mining operations. Developed innovative methods for establishing native grasses,
