The Division approved
for release 1.28 acres, specifically: Areas RA #'s 2, 3, 4, and 0.20 acres of RA #5. The western 0.05 acres of RA #5
should be included in stockpile- covered portion of RA #1 for future reference.
The permit area was reduced to 30.72 acres, through the release of 1.28 acres in this permit action. Because the
permit is not totally released, you are still liable for filing annual reports and fees. Please be aware that a permit
revision is required prior to affecting any of this released acreage.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Timothy.
